Pirates Alderete Suffers Injury Monday, March 29th , 2032 When Ivan Alderete was hurt against the Indianapolis Clowns, the Pittsburgh Pirates were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 32-year-old starting pitcher suffered bone chips in his elbow throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Alderete would miss 4 months of the season. |
