Marlins Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Monday, September 13th, 2027 There will certainly be no championship parade for the Miami Marlins this season. They were already on the outside looking in for the playoff chase, but the club was officially eliminated from contention today. Miami last appeared in the postseason in 2023. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 28 times in their 47-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Marlins have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
