Setback For Yankees and Michael Weaver Wednesday, August 18th, 2027 New York shortstop Michael Weaver has suffered a setback in his recovery from a broken kneecap. According to Yankees officials, he will be out of action for 9 months. "Doctors are concerned with the rate of healing and have decided that Weaver will need additional time in rehab before he will be cleared to play," one team spokesman explained to reporters.
