Thibeault Gives Up, Suffers Setback and Retires Thursday, June 12th , 2031 It looks like the end of Devon Thibeault's career. He got the sad news today from his doctors that this last setback was more damaging than first reported. The 35-year-old Kansas City Royals starting pitcher was making some progress in his recovery from a torn meniscus, but then he reinjured it during a rehab workout. Thibeault was told by his specialist that there was nothing more that could be done to save his career. |
