Marlins-Astros Trade: Prather for Barajas Monday, August 13th , 2029 The Marlins and Astros announced a deal that was completed today. Miami sent 27-year old minor league RHP Brett Prather, a 15th round draft pick, a 16th round draft pick, and a 17th round draft pick to Houston for 23-year old 3B Gabe Barajas. Both teams appear happy with the outcome of the trade. The general managers told the Baseball News Network they felt the swap was beneficial for all parties involved. This season Barajas has hit at a .206 clip and produced 6 runs batted in, 2 home runs and 11 runs. |
