DTD Injury Puts Horowitz Out of Lineup Saturday, June 23rd , 2035 Boston's star second baseman Ken Horowitz injured himself in a game against the Texas Rangers, prompting the team to list him as day-to-day. The doctors are reporting the injury as an elbow contusion and they say the best medicine is a short period of rest. "Hopefully I don't get replaced by some hotshot wannabe," said Horowitz with a smile as he talked to reporters. To date this year Horowitz is batting .297 with 7 home runs. |
