St. Louis's Grimm WEST Star of the Week Monday, May 8th , 2051 It's always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what he's got. Bobby Grimm, the St. Louis Cardinals 25-year-old shortstop, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Western Region Player of the Week honors. He ripped 14 hits in 29 at-bats, compiling a .483 average with 1 home run and 4 RBIs. For the season Grimm has produced 40 hits in 130 at-bats for a .308 average with 3 home runs and gotten on base at a .357 clip. |
