Indians Pitching Ravaged by Flint Monday, August 22nd, 2022 It was a parade of hits for Johnny Flint of the Detroit Tigers at Tecumseh Field today. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Flint finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Tigers to a 8-5 victory. "Flint was really good and we were really bad," groaned Indians manager J.D. Fleming. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
