Western Region Central Division Won: Kansas City Crowned Monday, October 6th , 2042 The Kansas City Royals are champions of the Western Region Central Division, but don't plan the parade quite yet. "It's a nice accomplishment, but we haven't done anything until we win the Skyline Cup Series," said closer Lincoln Kenney. "We're going to celebrate this for sure, but the real celebration is still to come for fans in Kansas City." The club's record currently sits at 96-60. It is the team's 3rd division title and they will be seeking the franchise's 1st Skyline Baseball League championship. Team manager Jorge Baeza said he plans to take some time to celebrate the division title, but then it's "back to work" for members of the team and coaching staff. |
