Eastern Region Selects September's Best Batter Wednesday, October 1st , 2042 Toronto's Damien Escobar wowed sportswriters in September with an award-winning performance. For his standout play he was voted the Eastern Region Batter of the Month. He rang up a .366 batting average with 14 home runs, 33 RBIs and 25 runs scored. He also had 6 walks and a .400 on-base percentage. Currently Escobar has 49 home runs and a .289 batting average. |
