Injury Worsens, Return Delayed for Rockies Mauldin Thursday, October 13th , 2050 Colorado Rockies starting pitcher Brent Mauldin got another setback today. His doctors informed him that his injury was not responding to treatment as well as they hoped and that he would need more time to rehabilitate. If all goes well, they expect Mauldin to be ready to go within 5 days. He told BNN, "I didn't expect a stiff back to take this long to heal." In 22 starts this season Mauldin has recorded a 6-13 record and a 5.49 ERA. |
