Williamson Remains with Virginia Wednesday, September 10th , 2042 A contract extension between Linzell Williamson and Virginia was reached earlier today. Williamson will continue to play for the Black Bears and will pocket $51,000,000 over the next 3 years. The Black Bears said the extension "shows our level of confidence in him and in the type of player and person he is." In 27 starts this year Williamson has posted 10 wins while suffering 8 losses.
