WEST Selects Rookie Star of the Month Monday, August 1st, 2022 Gabe Sandoval earned July's Rookie of the Month honors in the Western Region for last month's performance. The boyish Chicago left fielder might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Sandoval hit .319 with 5 home runs, 21 RBIs and 18 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. In his 2022 season totals, Sandoval has 17 home runs, .344 BA, .355 OBP, 75 RBIs and 68 runs scored. |
