EAST Names Twins Twyman Winner Monday, July 4th, 2022 At the age of 26, Jason Twyman might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Minnesota right fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .538 batting average. For his efforts Twyman collected the Eastern Region Player of the Week Award. He racked up 7 hits in 13 at-bats, 4 home runs and 9 RBIs last week in 5 games. This season Twyman has hit at a .239 clip with 22 RBIs, 7 home runs and 16 runs scored. He has played in 44 games. |
