Turner, O'Donoghue Swap Clubs Monday, June 7th , 2038 The Expos and Knights pulled the trigger on a deal that will see 32-year old LHP Chris Turner and $9,008,000 in cash head to Las Vegas in exchange for 22-year old minor league CF Kameron O'Donoghue and $1 in cash. A source close to Montreal officials said, "The teams spent long hours coming to the agreement and in the end, both agreed the deal should help both clubs." So far this season, Turner has a 1-3 won-lost record with 5 saves. He has made 17 relief appearances, logged 26.2 innings and fanned 32 batters while fashioning a 5.06 ERA and allowing the opposition a .266 batting average. |
