Padgett Out of Action, Listed DTD Sunday, June 11th , 2028 The Baltimore Orioles said it will be up to starting pitcher Jim Padgett whether he plays or not. He suffered a day-to-day injury in yesterday's game against the Minnesota Twins and could be missing a few games. Padgett was hurt while throwing a pitch and sustained an elbow sprain. Team doctors told him it could up to 4 weeks before he heals completely. This year Padgett has posted a record of 5 wins and 3 losses with a 3.41 ERA. He has appeared in 22 games and struck out 55 in 31.2 innings. |
