The Wenatchee Chiefs earned a win at Chiefs Stadium, stopping the Gold Beach Sea Unicorns, 13-1. Starting pitcher Steve James played a big role in his team's success. The Chiefs have a winning streak of 5 games.

With no one out in the top of the seventh, Phillip Aguirre had a chance to do some damage. Gold Beach was trailing 6-0, but had the bases loaded. Aguirre came to the plate against Jace Elliot, and grounded out, driving in 1 run. But it was not enough to complete a Gold Beach comeback.
