Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Rattlers
Noah Thompson helped his team muscle past the Abbotsford Canucks, 9-7. In the game, the Redmond third baseman went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Redmond reliever Peter Arentz picked up the win, upping his record to 1-2. Lewis Hill was saddled with the loss. Matthew Vallée nailed down his 1st save.

Thompson had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 1-0 slider from Lewis Hill, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Rattlers a 9-6 lead. It was the 4th home run of the year for Thompson.

"Winning is the only objective," said Thompson after the game.

Redmond now has a record of 23-22 with the win.
