Brooklyn Gets Another L
In a tight tilt between the Staten Island Pizza Rats and the Brooklyn Cyclones, Desmond Carrasco was the deciding factor. The Staten Island left-hander spearheaded the 3-0 win. Earning his 14th save of the year was Bernard Charron. Brooklyn's current losing streak is now 6 games.

In the bottom of the third, Luther Hettman delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and the bases loaded, the Staten Island right fielder hit a run-scoring single, putting the Pizza Rats in front, 3-0.

"We've got great fans," said Hettman. "I hope they got what they came for."
