Hamilton catcher Alfonzo Olivera was instrumental in helping the Red Wings triumph, 8-3, over the Jamestown Jammers. Olivera belted 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Hamilton, at 38-27, holds down third place in the New York-Penn League North Division.

Hamilton needed the clutch hitting of Gil Traum to notch the win. The right fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Red Wings on top, 6-3. For the game, Traum had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"It's nice to see a lot of guys make contributions," said Red Wings manager Dmitry Parks.
