Auburn got a first-rate effort from pitcher Reece DeGennaro, who frustrated Batavia hitters en route to a 2-0 Doubledays triumph at Dwyer Stadium. Aaron Austin, credited with the save, is now 2 for 3 in save opportunities. The Muckdogs, at 15-45, have lost 8 straight games.
