Flying Tigers Keep Streak Alive With 5-2 Win
The Medford Flying Tigers picked up a win at Medford Grounds, taking down the Wenatchee Chiefs, 5-2. Starting pitcher Dan Copeland was a big reason why. Roger Ferguson nailed down his 8th save. Medford is now 21-8. Wenatchee is 20-9.

Matthew McCarthy chipped in for Medford with a solo home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the center fielder had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 1 run batted in.

"We feel like we're going to win every game right now," said Medford skipper Jesus Cardone.
