Andrea Powers Doubledays Offense
Auburn center fielder Luke Andrea contributed significantly to his team's 9-3 win over the Batavia Muckdogs. Andrea, who is tied for 7th in the NYP in doubles with 13, went 4 for 5 with 3 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Doubledays. The Doubledays now have a record of 32-23.

Auburn left fielder Ryan Britnell contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the fifth. With two down, he hit a curveball to center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 35th hit of the season and put the Doubledays ahead, 5-2.

"The name of the game is scoring runs," Britnell said. "We did a good job of that today."
