ValleyCats Down Tigers, 8-3
|
No one was more impactful than Rick Moore in the 8-3 Tri-City win over Connecticut. Moore went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Tri-City is now 14-15.
Peter Harris, who is tied for 7th in the NYP in doubles with 8, helped out the Tri-City cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the right fielder drove in one run.
"We'll hit the hot tub in good spirits tonight," said Moore.
