Lipman, Rapids Too Much for Ironbirds
Emmanuel Lipman made an impact in the 4-2 Niagara Falls win over Aberdeen. Lipman went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Benjamin Powers picked up the win in relief. Marcos Estevez took the loss for Aberdeen. With the win, the Rapids improved to 31-27.

Lipman had a timely hit for Niagara Falls in the top of the ninth. With Niagara Falls trailing 2-0, he turned a 1-1 fastball into a grand slam home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season, making it 4-2, Niagara Falls.

Aberdeen manager Alden Fuentes said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
