ValleyCats Suffer 4-3 Road Loss
The Atlantic City Jokers dealt the Tri-City ValleyCats a 4-3 loss at Monongalia County Ballpark. Kendall Poole was the star on offense. He went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The Jokers go to 11-29 with the win.

Poole had a timely hit for Atlantic City in the bottom of the sixth. With Atlantic City trailing 2-1, he turned a 1-0 cutter into a 2-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season, making it 3-2, Atlantic City.

Tri-City manager Bryce Guerra said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
