Maine and Atlantic City got after it at Monongalia County Ballpark.
Dustin Trevelian, who is tied for 9th in the NYP in bases on balls with 22, led Maine to a win over Atlantic City. The final score was 10-1. Trevelian scored 3 times, while going 3 for 4. The designated hitter also was credited with 1 RBI. Picking up the win was Reinaldo Pakingan. He went 6 innings, allowing 1 run on 7 hits. The right--hander struck out 5 and walked 1. Bartholo Soto picked up the save for Maine, his 1st of the year.
The Lobsters benefited from a costly error in the top of the fifth. With Lance Pintrakool at bat and Maine leading 3-1, the Atlantic City miscue allowed Maine to plate 1 and take the lead, 4-1.
"We did a lot of really good things and it was a good win," said Lobsters manager Jamar DeSousa.
The third-place Lobsters hiked their record to 26-16.
