The Youngstown Gremlins had to overcome a good performance from Lowell pitcher Rafael Jiménez to claim a 3-2 win at Eastwood Field. Jiménez went 7 innings and allowed 2 runs. Jeffrey Appleton finished the game for Youngstown and earned his 7th save. Now 14-26, Lowell has lost 10 in a row.

Youngstown took a 3-2 lead on Parker Johnson's 1st home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Johnson hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Lowell pitcher Aiden Bennetch visibly frustrated.

"I haven't slept well in more than a week," said losing manager Geoff Fitzsimmons. "And when I do sleep, I dream about Elvis. Go figure."
