McNeil Homers Twice in 6-4 Spinners Win
The Lowell Spinners used the hitting of center fielder Danuel McNeil to subdue the Maine Lobsters, 6-4. For the game, McNeil was 2-3 with 2 home runs, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Yoris Samora earned the save for Lowell, his 7th of the year. The win puts the Spinners at 11-26, while the Lobsters drop to 18-19.

Lowell took control in the top of the sixth. With two out and a runner on 3rd, Wes Thomas hit a run-scoring single to make it 4-3, Spinners.

"They had a good approach," Maine skipper Bill Medina said of the opposition. "Hats off to them."
