Black Bears Procure 9-6 Victory
The West Virginia Black Bears topped the Youngstown Gremlins, 9-6, with right fielder Quentin Hall playing a big role. Hall was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2 for the Black Bears in the win. Trent Galloway collected save number 1. At 22-16, the Black Bears find themselves in third place in the New York-Penn League South Division.

In the top of the third, George Robbins delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and the bases loaded, the West Virginia left fielder hit a 2-run single, putting the Black Bears in front, 9-6.

"I like to keep things lively in the clubhouse," said Hall. "Believe me, it's much easier after a win."
