Late Magic Gets Maine 8-5 Win
Lucien Brammer was a vital contributor to the 8-5 Maine victory over Youngstown. The Lobsters third baseman was 2-5 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Hank Ashton, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2062 draft, earned the save for Maine. The 'W' lifts Maine's record to 25-6.

With Maine leading 6-5 in the top of the eighth, Brammer hit a 2-run single off Youngstown hurler Russ Driscoll. It was the 3rd hit of the season for Brammer and put his team ahead, 8-5.

After the game, Brammer refused to speak to a reporter for the Maine Observer. "You've accused me of throwing teammates under the bus," he said. "So, excuse me if I decline to answer your questions."
