Youngstown Gremlins starter Richard Campbell pitched a strong game against the Niagara Falls Rapids at Nat Bailey Stadium, leading the Gremlins to victory, 10-5. Youngstown, at 14-18, occupies 8th place in the New York-Penn League South Division.

Youngstown used a clutch at-bat from Rich Chesky to capture the win. The second baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Gremlins ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Campbell.
