Messick Goes Deep Twice in 7-4 Lobsters Win
Maine and Niagara Falls duked it out and the Lobsters came out victorious.

Adam Messick powered the Maine Lobsters to a win over the Niagara Falls Rapids. The final score was 7-4. The Maine first baseman, who is tied for 3rd in the NYP in extra base hits with 10, was phenomenal. He stroked 3 extra-base hits, including 2 home runs and 1 double. Maine has an impressive 11-4 record.

Maine third baseman Theo Frost contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the third. With two down, he hit a fastball to center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 3rd hit of the season and put the Lobsters ahead, 4-2.

"We took home the win," said Messick. "What's not to like?"
