Nichols Leads Cyclones to 11-3 Win Over Black Bears
The Brooklyn Cyclones beat the West Virginia Black Bears, 11-3, at Dutchess Stadium. Brooklyn left fielder Jordan Nichols had an outstanding performance. He went 2-5 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 6 runs and scored once. Davian Fuller was called on to finish, recording his 1st save. Brooklyn is now 8-5.

Nichols had a key at-bat for Brooklyn in the top of the second. With runners on 1st and 3rd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and gave Brooklyn an early 4-1 lead.

"I think it speaks for itself, I think we came out and we played our kind of baseball," said Nichols.
