Slide Continues for Rattlers
|
High Desert turned a good effort from starter Jason Towery into a win over the Rancho Cucamonga Rattlers at Hammond Stadium. The Mavericks won the game, 2-0. Earning his 1st save of the year was Donovan Spruill. High Desert sits at 4-3.
The Mavericks got a big at-bat from catcher Jeremy LeDoux. For the game, LeDoux went 1-4 with a home run. In the top of the first, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 1st home run of the season gave High Desert a 1-0 lead.
"It feels good to get this one," LeDoux told the High Desert Citizen.
