Renegades Beat Pit Spitters, 9-7

The Traverse City Pit Spitters and Hudson Valley Renegades delighted fans at George M. Steinbrenner Field.
Hudson Valley right fielder Lawrence Munro had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Traverse City Pit Spitters, 9-7. With the win, the Renegades hiked their record to 27-20.
With Hudson Valley leading 6-3 in the bottom of the fourth, Munro came up to bat against Traverse City pitcher Owen Young. Munro hit a slider to left for a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season put the Renegades on top, 9-3.
"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Munro said.
