Both teams had their chances, but the Lakeland Flying Tigers eventually prevailed.

Led by 22-year-old Crazy McFall, the Lakeland Flying Tigers knocked off the Cocoa Flyers, 6-5. McFall was 4 for 4 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Flying Tigers. Sam Damm picked up his 2nd save of the season.

The game turned with no one out in the top of the fourth. That's when McFall hit a run-scoring double off Phil King. It propelled the Flying Tigers into the lead, 1-0.

"I'm proud of the boys for pulling through," said Flying Tigers manager Peter Carter. "The wins don't come easy for this team, but everyone's got an extra jump in their step after a game like this."

With the loss, Cocoa sinks to 9-9.
