Hudson Valley Renegades starter Lucas Morrow turned in an exceptional performance against the Tampa Tarpons at George M. Steinbrenner Field, resulting in a Hudson Valley win, 3-1. Colton Verser earned save number 3 this season. The loss drops the Tarpons to 4-6.
Hudson Valley took control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and a runner on 2nd, Eddie Guardado hit a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Renegades.
Said Tampa manager Connor Ray: "They pitched the heck out of us."
