Huber Powers Stampede to 12-8 Win
|
The San Bernardino Stampede and Riverside Red Wave lit up the scoreboard.
Cane Huber was a vital contributor to the 12-8 San Bernardino victory over Riverside. The Stampede right fielder went 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. With the win, San Bernardino has a record of 50-68. Riverside falls to 32-86.
Huber had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Stampede went on to win.
"Good win for us," said Huber. "We'll lace up our cleats and go after the next one."
