Terrero Leads Gulls to 13-6 Win Over Udder Tuggers
Ventura took on Temecula in front of a lively crowd.

The timely hitting of Marcos Terrero helped the Ventura Gulls down the Temecula Udder Tuggers, 13-6. Terrero was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for the Gulls. Ventura pitcher Sean Hall got the win, upping his record to 3-5. Ted Hill got the loss.

The Gulls benefited from an error in the top of the fifth inning. Ventura was leading 3-1 when Robbie Franke hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put Ventura in front, 5-1.

"We were able to put some good swings on some pitches," Terrero told the Ventura Chronicle.

The 7th-place Udder Tuggers have lost 5 consecutive games.
