Cruisers Get 4th Straight Win with Late Rally
The Santa Cruz Cruisers topped the Pittsburg Diamonds, 7-4, the lion's share of the credit going to first baseman Brycen Robinson. On the day, Robinson went 2-2 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Cruisers. Santa Cruz reliever Joey Monaghan, who is rated as the 70th best prospect by BNN, was credited with the win. His record goes to 3-1. Matt Lafitte took the loss for Pittsburg. The Santa Cruz win streak is now 4 games.

Robinson had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a 1-1 fastball from Matt Lafitte, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Cruisers a 7-4 lead. It was the 2nd home run of the year for Robinson.

"I was able to square up some pitches," said Robinson.
