Winston-Salem Breaks Through for First Win in Divisional Series; Now Trails 2-1
Already down in the Divisional Series, the Winston-Salem Dash put on their best show, beating the Charlotte Stone Crabs by a final score of 6-4. Knox Moller was special. He threw 7.0 innings of 6-hit ball. Winston-Salem now trails Charlotte 2-1 in the best-of-7 affair.

Had Mick Little not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Little hit a 2-run double. That made the score 6-4, in favor of the Dash.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Winston-Salem manager Carney Davis.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at BB&T Ballpark in Winston-Salem.
