Riding the 3-hit performance of right fielder Jaxon Snell, the Lincoln Bighorns flattened the Akron RubberDucks, 12-2, in Game 3 of the Divisional Series. Snell went 3-5 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for the Bighorns, who now lead 3-0 in the best-of-7 series.

Ezequiel Gonzáles helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a run-scoring single to give Lincoln a 1-0 lead.

"We aren't quitting," Akron manager Damon Cordero said. "Yeah, the odds are definitely in their favor, but they've got to earn it."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Canal Park in Akron.
