Rawhide Clip Blaze, 4-3, in WCS Contest
The Visalia Rawhide got a strong game from starter Reid Knepper, but it was some clutch hitting that ultimately delivered the win.

The Rawhide took the 4-3 win over the Bakersfield Blaze in Game 3 of the Wild Card Series in a 15th inning walk-off. The win capped off a fine outing for the right-handed Knepper. Knepper threw 5.1 innings allowing 3 runs in the win, which allowed the Rawhide to narrow their deficit to 1-2 in the best-of-7 series.

Visalia got a knockout punch from Derek Lizcano. The right fielder hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the 15th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"Postseason wins taste oh so sweet," said Knepper after the game.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Rawhide Ballpark in Visalia.
