Batista Excels, But Tacos Win
Despite a fine performance by right fielder Alex Batista, the Mexico City Diablos Rojos lost to the Tabasco Tacos, 6-4. Batista hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Kerry Zheng collected save number 1. The Tacos, now 5-2, have been playing some good baseball.

Tabasco took a 6-4 lead on Archer Ellerson's 2nd double of the season. The 2-run double, which Ellerson hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Mexico City pitcher Ángel Sánchez visibly frustrated.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Ellerson told the Tabasco Daily.
