The Mexico City Diablos Rojos faced a tough opponent in Tabasco pitcher Evan Carr, but did just enough to pull out the victory at The Taco Stand by a final score of 6-4. Carr went 9 innings and allowed 2 runs. Jaden Rigney locked down his 3rd save. Mexico City is off to a hot start at 5-1.

Mexico City used the timely hitting of Don Glynn to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Diablos Rojos on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We ground out the win," said Glynn. "That's all that matters."
