Big Day for Holmes in 10-6 Rattlers Win
Elijah Holmes batted in 4 runs to lead Redmond to a win over Wenatchee. The final score was 10-6. Holmes chipped in 1 single and 2 home runs. Byron Johnson recorded the save, his 1st. Redmond is in second place in the Northwest League South Division with a record of 34-25.

With Redmond trailing 5-4 in the bottom of the fifth, Holmes hit a fastball from Markus Broderick for a 3-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Rattlers ahead, 7-5.

"When their pitchers are leaving stuff over the heart of the plate, we're not missing it," said Redmond manager Ethan Quinn.
