The skies opened up and the rain fell at BB&T Ballpark.

In a low-scoring game between the Winston-Salem Dash and the Lynchburg Hillcats, pitcher Harrison McGinnis was masterful on the mound. The Winston-Salem right-hander spearheaded his team's 2-1 win. Winston-Salem is now 52-63, Lynchburg 72-43.

Tyler Reukauf was 1-3 for Winston-Salem. The 26-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Robin Wright. It was his 22nd RBI of the season.

Reukauf told reporters after the game: "This one was touch and go, but we were able to put it in the win column."
