Benitez goes 3-for-4 to Ignite Rattlers Offense
The Redmond Rattlers stymied the New Westminster Cavalry, 6-1, at Ron Tonkin Field. Yunar Benitez had a good day at the plate. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Redmond. Kent Ely closed the game out for Redmond, earning his 1st save. The defeat makes New Westminster 29-27.

Redmond took a 4-1 lead on Benitez's 5th double of the season. The 2-run double, which he hit off Yeris Guzman in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Redmond to the win.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Benitez said after the game.
