Cyclones Fall to Emeralds, 4-3
|
The Eugene Emeralds topped the Brooklyn Cyclones, 4-3, in Northwest League action at PK Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Eugene pitcher António Polo. Polo, now 1-2, was the winner. In 5.2 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 5, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. The save went to Ivan Peters, number 1 for him.
